Sula Bassana, The Night

Germany, 2009.

Sula Bassana is the alias for the talented musician Dave Schmidt. Being master of several instruments he's able to retrospect to a lot of collaborations composing and performing his music. The Night is his latest work, an amazing fusion of spacy, trippy, psychedelic and Krautrock inspired prog.

England, 1996.

A progressive/psychedelic/space rock classic. Porcupine Tree's fourth studio album, first released in September, 1996. This was the first album that frontman Steven Wilson recorded with a full group of musicians on board from the beginning, rather than as a one-man project with the collaboration of other musicians.

Korai Öröm, 2009

Hungary, 2009

Like fellow compatriots Másfel, Korai Öröm blend Hungarian folk with progressive rock. Korai Öröm in particular delve in psychedelic and space rock influences, lying somewhere between the brilliance of Hawkwind and the danceable ethnic rythms of Ozric Tentacles.
