Yet another beautiful and time overexposed to flickering city lights album by the japanese band. It's both soft and hard-assed, and did you know there's a cute girl on this band too?

A good album to spend a rainy, heavily cloudy afternoon like this one strolling around the streets of Lisbon.

sgt., Perception of Causality

Japan, 2005

Their debut did little to foreshadow the incredible follow-up, Stylus Fantasticus, and shows a pretty generic approach to post-rock. Interesting at times, but looking back it's a naive take on what they themselves, and bands like Magyar Posse, would later perfect.

Sgt., Stylus Fantasticus

Japan, 2008.

Sgt. are a four-piece band formed in Tokyo, in 1999, but released their first full length only this year. A crossing between Magyar Posse and LITE, Stylus Fantasticus is an incredible post-rock/neoclassical/experimental album.
