Balmorhea, Constellations

US, 2010.

This is the fourth album by Austin-based instrumental ensemble Balmorhea. Quite different from their previous releases, "Constellations" moves away from "post-rock" and adopts a piano-driven ambient minimalism.

Playlist:

1. To The Order Of Night
2. Bowsprit
3. Winter Circle
4. Herons
5. Constellations
6. Steerage And The Lamp
7. Night Squall
8. On The Weight Of Night

1. San Solomon
2. Lament
3. The Summer
4. The Winter
5. Greyish Tapering Ash
6. Baleen Morning
7. Barefoot Pilgrims
8. Context
9. Process
10. Divisadero
11. Limmat
12. Theme No. 1
