Aereogramme were an alternative/progressive/post-rock four-piece from Glasgow. Formed in 1998, Sleep and Release is their second album. They split up on May 11th, 2007.

Aereogramme, Seclusion

This is a mini-album released after Aereogramme's second LP, Sleep and Release, and it's another post-rock epic masterpiece. Combining heavy and acoustic with incredible versatility, Aereogramme are halfway between Oceansize and God Is An Astronaut.

Aereogramme, My Heart Has A Wish That You Would Not Go

I suppose that Aereogramme can be described as alternative/progressive/indie/post-rock, although their sound is rather unique. The band has announced their split on May this year, so this is their last edited album.

Isis & Aereogramme, In The Fishtank 14

U.S./Scotland, 2006.
"In The Fishtank" is an ongoing project of Konkurrent, an independent music distributor in the Netherlands. In this project, Konkurrent invites one or two bands to record and gives them two days studio time.
Isis are an american post-metal/sludge band. Aereogramme play post-rock/alternative/indie and come from Scotland. The combination is simply divine.
